Return and refund policy

This policy applies to digital guides, printed bundles, and paid consultation services from Holisticmyskelet.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies for major failures and for goods that are not of acceptable quality, do not match description, or are not fit for purpose.

2. Digital guides

If a file is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order reference. We will provide a replacement download or refund where required by law.

Change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered for digital content once download links are supplied, except where mandatory under consumer law.

3. Printed materials

Return unused printed guides within 30 days in resalable condition with proof of purchase. You pay return postage unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect—we will then cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the return, to your original payment method where possible.

4. Consultation services

Cancellations at least 48 hours before a scheduled session receive a full credit or refund. Late cancellations may be charged in full unless we agree otherwise.

5. How to request a return or refund

Email message@holisticmyskelet.world with your name, order number, and reason. We confirm next steps within two business days.
